This is the first music based Chinese language art program (Mandarin) for children age 2-8 years old in Calgary.

Sing Popular Songs In Chinese

 "Head Shoulders Knees And Toes" and "Old Macdonald Had A Farm" are among the songs that we sing in this program both in English and Chinese. Children get involved with a lot of music rythm, singing movement, speech and play instruments. 

Draw Chinese Characters as a Form of Visual Art.

China is a country with deep and far-reaching culture and history, the same applys to its characters. Each Chinese character is an integrated picture that has some meanings or tells a story. Multi-media will be used to show children the story behind the character, so they are able to draw those pictures as visual art.

 Play Games 

In this playful and active program, children will try a lot of games such as hula hoops, Chinese jump ropes and best of all, bubbles and parachutes. Children will develop singing and rhythmic skills through these movements and games. 

READING FLASHING CARDS    

  Big and colorful cards will be used in classes to teach children to read Chinese. You will be amazed how much your children can learn  each semester!
